Family: A Gift from God

I received an e-mail this morning from my dad, which doesn’t usually happen because we talk on the phone.

But today, he had to send something to me, and this is the accompanying e-mail message:

Hi Jessica,
I hope all is well.
—I scanned it !! (with a little help from Michael…)
Be well, Eat well, Study well.
May God bless you bountifully today !!!
=) look this with your head tilted to the left… what do you see ?
Your dad.

Growing up, I took my family for granted. Granted, didn’t a majority of us do that growing up?

Everyone’s family is so different, so unique, and all used for God’s glory.

That said, I truly am so, so blessed with mine.

Such God-fearing parents and sister are incredible blessings from the Lord, further demonstrating our great God’s

marvelous grace and mercy to undeserving wretches like me.

Meet them sometime.

You’ll see for yourself how God uses them to bring glory to Himself.

A Note of Encouragement:

“They will hunger no longer, nor thirst anymore; nor will the sun beat down on them, nor any heat;

for the Lamb in the center of the throne will be their shepherd, and will guide them to springs of the

water of life; and God will wipe every tear from their eyes.”

– Revelation 7:16-17
